Engineering Exceptional Lighting Since 2008
Since 2008, we’ve integrated advanced home technology into some of the finest properties in London and the South East. Luxe Light Living was created to ensure lighting design, Lutron control and window treatments are engineered together — never treated as separate elements.
Luxe Light Living is led by Katie and Mikkel, whose experience in high-end residential projects dates back to 2008.
With a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, and having previously run an electrical installation company delivering complex private homes, their approach to Lutron lighting and shading is grounded in technical precision. They are supported by an experienced team of designers, programmers and installation specialists who ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
We specialise in Lutron lighting control and Lutron window treatments because they represent the benchmark in precision, reliability and design integration.
From smooth, flicker-free dimming to intelligent daylight-responsive shading, Lutron systems allow us to engineer lighting environments that feel effortless and intuitive — whether for new builds, sensitive retrofits or the upgrade of older systems struggling with modern LED technology.

Adam has spent the past 15 years delivering complex Lutron lighting control and automated window treatment projects for high-end residential properties across the UK. Specialising in intelligent lighting, blinds and seamless user experience, he works closely with homeowners, designers and contractors to create beautifully integrated systems that enhance the way people live in their homes.
Emma Weaver
Project Co-Ordinator
Emma works closely with the Luxe Light Living team to co-ordinate every stage of a project rollout, from procurement and scheduling through to contractor liaison and on-site co-ordination. Her organised and proactive approach helps ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard from start to finish.
Martin Hodkinson
Design Manager
Martin oversees the technical design and coordination side of each project, ensuring detailed schematics, CAD plans and elevations are produced for the wider project team to work from. He also creates lighting load schedules to ensure full compatibility between lighting fittings, drivers and the Lutron control system, helping deliver reliable, seamless performance throughout the home.
Maria Ridler
Client Relationship Manager
Maria is typically the first point of contact for new enquiries and works closely with Katie and Mikkel during the early stages of each project. From initial conversations through to understanding the client’s requirements, she helps ensure a welcoming, organised and seamless start to the Luxe Light Living journey.
