Plans start from £99 per month for a standard single-system home. The exact cost depends on the size and complexity of your installation — number of processors, subsystems, and integration points. We'll assess your system and provide a clear quote. Most clients find the contract pays for itself within the first year compared to ad-hoc callout costs.

If we didn't install your system, yes — we'll need to perform an initial audit to understand and document everything. This is a one-off fixed-fee visit. If there are existing faults, we'll resolve those before the maintenance contract begins, so you're starting from a clean baseline.
