Your Dealer of Record is the Control4-authorised company assigned to your system. They are the only company that can remotely access your system and make programming changes via Composer Pro. You can change your Dealer of Record at any time by logging into your Control4 customer portal at customer.control4.com and selecting a new dealer. It is your system and your choice — you are never locked to a specific installer.

No. Your Control4 programming is stored on your EA controller, not with your installer. Even if your dealer has closed down, your system retains all its scenes, schedules, automations, and configurations. When we take over, we can access the full project file and continue from exactly where the previous installer left off. We also take a secure backup as one of our first actions.

No. We do not require contracts or lock-in periods. You can use us on a pay-as-you-go basis for individual fixes, or opt for an ongoing support arrangement — whichever suits you. If you ever want to move to a different dealer in the future, you are completely free to do so. We believe in earning your business through good service, not contractual obligation.
