We always provide a quote before work begins, so you know exactly what to expect. We never charge for assessment time if we determine the issue is something we cannot help with.

Yes. We offer flexible support plans that include proactive remote monitoring, regular firmware and driver updates, priority response times, and discounted site visits. Plans are monthly with no long-term lock-in. We also support ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go clients who prefer to call us only when they need help. Both approaches work well — it depends on your preference.
