We are independent Lutron specialists, not a Lutron dealer. This means we work entirely for you — our advice is based on what's best for your situation, not on any relationship with Lutron or targets to sell new systems. We can install new Lutron products where genuinely needed, but our focus is on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining your existing system at the lowest reasonable cost.

Costs vary depending on the fault, but as a guide: a remote diagnosis consultation is free, a standard call-out including diagnosis and minor repairs (trim adjustments, processor reboots, software fixes) is very affordable, and component replacements are quoted transparently before we proceed. Most repairs cost a fraction of the upgrade quotes our clients have received from other companies. We never recommend a replacement unless repair is genuinely uneconomic.

If your previous installer is willing to share their database files or programming notes, that's helpful but not essential — we can work with the system as we find it.
