AV system won't turn on or switch inputs

You can't watch television because the automation won't power up the right devices, switch to the correct HDMI input, or control the volume. Everything requires manual intervention.

You've tried rebooting and it hasn't helped

You've power-cycled the processor, restarted the router, and nothing's changed. The system needs someone who can access the programming, check device communication, and trace the actual fault.

Absolutely. The majority of our repair work is on systems installed by other companies. We're fully certified across all three platforms and can access, diagnose, and reprogram any Crestron, Lutron, or Control4 system regardless of who originally installed it.

We offer same-day response for urgent issues. For non-emergency faults, we typically schedule a remote diagnosis within 24 hours and an on-site visit within 48 hours. If your heating, security, or access control is affected, we treat it as a priority.

In many cases, yes. Crestron, Lutron, and Control4 processors can all be accessed remotely if your network is functioning. We can check system logs, device communication status, and firmware versions without visiting. If the network itself is the issue, we'll need to attend site.

We provide a clear quote before any work begins. A standard diagnostic visit typically takes two to three hours. We don't charge for the initial phone consultation, and if we can resolve the issue remotely, you'll only pay for the remote support time.

We regularly work on older Crestron 2-Series and 3-Series processors, Lutron HomeWorks QS, and legacy Control4 HC-series controllers. If parts are no longer available, we'll advise on the most cost-effective upgrade path rather than replacing your entire system.
