Your Crestron TSR-310 remote shows a black screen, the Control4 Halo remote is stuck on 'Waiting for Network,' or your in-wall touchpanels have gone completely blank.
AV system won't turn on or switch inputs
You can't watch television because the automation won't power up the right devices, switch to the correct HDMI input, or control the volume. Everything requires manual intervention.
You've tried rebooting and it hasn't helped
You've power-cycled the processor, restarted the router, and nothing's changed. The system needs someone who can access the programming, check device communication, and trace the actual fault.
